Dynamic Typography

This is not a commercial website. It is experimental. The concept concerns itself with 'when and how' information is presented, creating an innovative development in web design.

The site is designed to:

  • present visual data dynamically using rollover to call up layered information, thus minimising the use of hypertext linking and scrolling
  • limit the mouse action to one side of the screen allowing the rest of the space to display other information
  • illustrate forms of dynamic typography in print, time based and digital media
  • be an example of dynamic typography for the web.

The minimum technical requirements to view this site at its best are:

  • G3, 266Mhz Macintosh or Pentium ll, 266 Mhz PC
  • Netscape4 or Internet Explorer4.01 browser
  • Shockwave plugin. (if your computer does not already have this plugin, you will be given the option to download it free from the Macromedia site.)
